A piece of me
My name is Marco Fiorot and I was born in Vigonovo, a small town in the far north-east of Italy, situated between mountains and sea. That's the reason why everyone calls me Marco Vigonovo.
The cuisine I grew up with reflects that contrast: the richness of the mountains, with cheeses and deep, comforting flavors, and the freshness of the lagoons, with its lightness and delicate fish.
When I was a kid, my dad taught me that food could be joy before it was ever a recipe. I remember moments like eating watermelon together at the table: messy, sweet, simple, and full of love. That's where I learned that food is not just something you eat. It's something you feel.

Everything needs to trasmit emotions.
The place must have a soul; a very strong personality.
